WhisperCare AI
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how WhisperCare AI handles information through this website and the WhisperCare Conversation Service, our optional SMS program for individually authorized clinical and operational staff. The SMS program is not intended for patients, marketing, or emergency use.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, business email, mobile number, organization, and role.
- SMS enrollment records, including the consent keyword, confirmation, consent date and time, and opt-out status.
- Conversation content and operational records, including replies, request identifiers, delivery status, and audit events.
- Website and security information, such as browser, device, IP address, access times, and hosting logs.
The Conversation Service is presently limited to non-patient operational information. Do not send patient information, medical records, or other protected health information by SMS.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Confirm eligibility, authorization, and voluntary enrollment in the SMS program.
- Deliver and receive policy-clarification, internal approval, workflow, and acknowledgement messages.
- Maintain consent, security, delivery, audit, and compliance records.
- Support, protect, operate, and improve our website and services.
- Meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to the WhisperCare Conversation Service and is not transferable to another program or business.
We may disclose information to service providers that process data solely to operate the program, deliver messages, maintain security, or provide infrastructure for us, and when required by law. Those disclosures do not permit the recipient to use mobile information or consent for its own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on assigned workflow activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See our SMS enrollment instructions and SMS terms.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including authorization, audit, security, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
SMS enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or employment. You may decline to enroll, reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using an available non-SMS workflow.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or obligations. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes to the SMS program will be communicated as required before they apply.
8. Contact us
